The 30-apartment (plus one art gallery) residential building with an underground garage obtained its final and viable construction permit in May 2007. The building at 26 Dembinszky Street, VII., Budapest, was designed by Archicolo Kft., within the project of Irish-owned Dembi 26 Kft. Afterwards, the tender administration of the execution plans was finalised, however, due to the economic crisis, the construction could not start, and the process stopped.
